JonPaul's Survivor's Assistance Campaign

Help JonPaul raise the funds to help support a landmine survivor! JonPaul is a student at Glenelg Country School, where he has participated in the Marshall Legacy Institutes Children Against Mines Program (CHAMPS). Learning about the landmine issue, JonPaul and his family has been actively supporting the movement to create a better, safer world free of landmines. His campaign will help sponsor a new prosthetic or other needed health support for a landmine survivor in Bosnia-Herzegovina or Yemen.

The destruction caused by landmines doesn’t end when the bomb detonates and the debris settles. Children who are injured by landmines have little chance of going to school, receiving the prostheses or medical care they need, and learning skills that could help them adapt to their new condition. Adult mine victims have great difficulty finding employment and are unable to support themselves or their family members. MLI provides medical assistance, prosthetics, and vocational training for thousands of survivors, especially children, offering renewed hope for their future.

JonPaul's efforts will make a huge impact on a landmine survivor. Help him create a positive change and make a difference in a survivor's life!
